The most dreaded four words, “We need to talk,” inspire terror before the conversation even begins.

It’s easy to go right to the point, especially if you’re confident you’re correct.

The problem is that successful businesses and relationships are based on the foundation of going beyond this one conversation and talk about something else.

They’re constructed to last, and while this issue is significant, it’s not as essential as our capacity to work together on the next hundred issues.
