I’m learning and appreciating the subtle difference between asking questions and questining.

Asking questions = is inquisitive, asking with the purpose of understanding. e.g. a child wanting to know what cause something.

Questioning = is interrogative, it a hostile way of soliciting information. e.g. a lawyer cross-examining a witness.

In order to achieve greater levels of accomplishment, we must never stop asking questions.
