It’s better to be completely honest or not at all.

A little dishonesty is a problem.

Being a bit honest and kind, implies we are only those things when it suits us.

It’s like being lukewarm.

When things become tough, we modify our ways.

The greater issue is that we live a life based on half-truths. This is because we are honest people who reason our terrible behaviour. We do so by blaming extenuating circumstances for all our “just a little” behaviour.

It is always better to be full on, or not on at all.

Where I come from, they say you are on “half-clutch.” In other words, you are on hold, you are not hot or cold.

I think it is unfair to put people on “half-clutch.”
