Every single one of us needs to ask a very important question to ourselves on a daily basis, and that question is:

“Who keeps it real for me?”

Who will challenge me, who will tell me that I’m wrong?

Who will tell me to stop drinking my own kool-aid? [undiluted]

Who will save me from myself and the madness that’s led to the fall from grace of so many successful people?

If you want to grow, don’t just surround yourself with your fans, always seek the council of people who will keep it real with you, with respect.

Sometimes you really need someone to tell you to stop throwing grenades at others, because sooner or later one of the grenades will go off in your hand, and you will be the one holding the explosion.
