We are constantly making decisions, and the kind of decisions we make is directly influenced by our frame of mind.

At each given time, we have the option of either adopting an attitude of judgment, why am I so stupid? why didn’t I think of that? Why are they being so incredibly stupid? Why am I acting like this?

or

We can choose an attitude that is centred on learning, as in, “what can I learn? What opportunities do I have?

The second option will lead to a much more joyful destination.

Judging shuts down learning. When we make the decision to learn, we expand our horizons.
