Can it operate without you?

Is it possible for your company to run without you being present?

These are some of the questions that I’ve been meditating over in recent days and weeks.

Am I putting together a business that can continue to function without my presence?

If no, then I’m not an entrepreneur, I’m self-employed.

There is nothing wrong with being self-employed, but if you want to be an entrepreneur, you need to continue developing those systems and processes.

The objective is to make it so that the business can function without you.
