The above two statements are facts. Unfortunate facts.
Unfortunately, no matter how clear the facts are, very little changes.
People are not moved by facts but by the stories they hear.
Popular stories either change or maintains the existing quo.
Facts inform, stories influence.
At some point, we need to start telling better stories around the facts.
Not the kind of romantic stories people like to read or hear, but stories that matter and that connect people.
Without a doubt, the facts are important, but it’s the stories that stick with you that have the power to transform your heart.
The mind can be changed by a changed heart.
