Greatness can be defined in two ways.
The first one is: “greater than all the other people.“
The second one is: “be the best that you can be.“
We often resort to the first definition of greatness. “Greater than everyone” invites comparison and win-lose. Envy is a constant companion, as well.
We are able to swap this over in our brains to the second definition, and instead, we should concentrate on being the very best versions of ourselves.
Everyone has the potential to aspire to greatness. And most significantly, there is a chance for everyone to come out on top.
Our choice.
