
Often we spend our energy on getting new clients than we do on maintaining the one we have.
Instead than focusing on maintaining current clients, more emphasis is placed on generating revenue from new ones, and poorly looking after the existing ones.
It’s a smash and grab approach. Take as much as you can from one customer before moving on to the next.
