Mentoring and helping people develop are my favourite parts of the job while producing reports and invoicing are my least favourite.

In our job, there are certain things that we like and others that we don’t.

While it is possible to provide individuals with their favourite moment or portion of what you do, it is very likely going to be necessary to provide them with other times or parts that are not their favourites.

It is necessary to have non-favourites in order to have a favourite. That is the arrangement.

As a result, it is critical to note that the non-favourites hold an extremely significant position.

They serve as the background against which the favourite stands out.

Ps: I assume this holds true not just in our favourite movie or song, but also in our daily lives and interpersonal connections.
