While there is nobody in the world who will share your point of view on everything, there are people who will share your most important values and the ways in which you choose to live them out.

Make sure you end up with those people.

Being aligned to our team values is critically important.

When our values are aligned, our actions become congruent and complimentary, ultimately we achieve more.

I was watching a TD Jakes sermon recently, and he was talking about the importance of being aligned to GOD’s will.

Amazing things happen our values are aligned.
