We all have 24 hours in a day and we have to make the best use of it.
We can add more things to do on this 24 hours, the 24 hours will remain the same.
What will happen is that the more things we add to the 24 hours will have to overflow to the next day [next 24 hours].
It is like a plate of food. The size of the plate does not increase just because you want more food to eat.
You decide what you want to eat that will fill your plate and then you dig in. If you want more, you have to finish what’s on your plate first before adding more.
The 24 hours will not change, it remains the same.
“I don’t have enough time” is a pointless excuse. Our time will never increase 26 or 30 hours in a day.
We never have enough time to do everything we want.
We only have enough time to do what we prioritise.
If it is important to you, you will find time for it.
