This may sound weird, but when you are clear about certain things, like crystal clear at the outset, you will answer questions before they even ask them.

If you are in a court of law, you have to answer verbally for the record, but in business, your actions, your conduct, your niche area, are answers you provide before you are asked questions by customers.

If you are clear about what you want to achieve and you put it in practice, we will know about it without asking you.

Clarity of action answers your goal. Your actions will speak louder than our questions.

This therefore requires that you focus on one thing, be very good at it, the market will know you for that one thing.

There should be no doubt about what you do because you have provided the answers to questions before they are asked by being clear and consistent through your conduct about what you do [or want to do].
