When you do a great job, many people notice but not many will tell you.

They are silently listening, watching, reading, or quietly sharing what you do.

They may not loudly say much, no fussing, no loads of social media likes or retweets, no loudmouth chatterbox about your work.

They quietly savour your work, marinating themselves in what you do.

No bells and whistles, no drum majorettes, no banners or flashlights.

But they are silently watching and loving what you are working on.

That is how many people follow and love most things: loving them quietly.

Somewhere, someone is quietly loving your work. Probably just your mom, but still.

Your job is to be consistent in what you do.

As they quietly love what you do, quietly continue making things worth loving.
