There is no learning, growth and personal development without reflection.

Many people who think they have twenty years of experience, really don’t, they just have 1 year of experience repeated twenty times.

Structured reflection takes time, it also requires the discipline to concentrate, make notes and to think about what you are doing.

Reflection is useful in building a path to progress.

Make it a habit to set some quiet and peaceful time to reflect and think on a daily basis.

When we reflect, we recognise.
