If A equals success, then the formula is: A = X + Y + Z.

X is work.

Y is play.

Z is keep your mouth shut 

“X” means work. Without work, and hard work, success is impossible. 

“Y” the second factor of success, is play. This is equally necessary, because it is a condition of efficiency in work. “All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy.”

“Z” is keeping your mouth shut. Just do the work. Talking about it is not the same as doing it.
