Back in the day before the advent of watches, if you wanted to know the time, you looked at the position of the sun and calculated the time.
Another way to tell the time was to check with the big clock at the top of local church.
In the last five centuries, we have improved the accuracy of our watches and filled our homes and lives with them.
Today we are surrounded by watches.
We have watches on our phones, laptops, tablets, gautrain station, display screens in shopping malls, TV, cars, every person has a watch on them one way or another.
Of course, the irony is that we now have plenty of great watches and very little time.
Wishing you less timekeeping and more time today.
