thank-you

The heart and soul of doing great work, of doing work that matters is to be vulnerable.

When you are vulnerable people connect more to whatever it is that you are doing.

Opening up and saying please help me is not an easy thing because it exposes you to be vulnerable and you might be rejected.

It takes humility to swallow your pride and ego and say thank you. You have to be vulnerable to say: “Thank you.”

Thank you as in: I could not do it without you. As in: I don’t want to do this alone. As in: I was afraid. And mostly: I would miss you if you were gone.

Thank you brings us closer together.

Thank you is a limb worth going out on.

Thank you to everyone who has been and continues to be part of the journey of development doing work that matters.

People who do work that matters, don’t do work that is popular or to be popular, they do that changes some people’s lives.

Doing work that matters not personal. It’s very personal.

Ps: Thank to those who enrolled for the LORA Centre of Innovation and Entrepreneurship. Brace yourselves for an amazing entrepreneurship journey. Most importantly thank you to the LORA Team who believed in this project from day one, thank you: Lolo, Bra Willy, Nthabeleng, Lucas and others.
