You don’t have to answer these questions, you can do what you get paid for at work everyday, keep to you lane and your comfort zones and let other people worry about such things.

You don’t have to do work that matters, but you do it anyway because it matters.

Do your work as if it might actually change someone’s life, because it might. 

The reason it matters is because it might change someone’s life… The key is “someone” not everyone. Chances are you might not change everybody and that’s fine, as long as you can change someone, then it matters.

The bus driver doesn’t have to stop the bus, but he does because it matters, probably not to all the commuters, but to the little girl.
