The Board will provide advisory based on your query and we will post the Board comments on the internet. The Board will focus on their areas expertise and will provide advise accordingly.

If you want to the Board to look at your query, send an email to vukasme@gmail.com and a template will sent to you to complete. The Board will provide with as much valuable advice as possible.
Send your challenge to: vukasme@gmail.com provide the information in the following format (maximum 3000 words):
– Business background (nature of the business, product/service you provide, major clients, years in business)
– Brief background of the founder(s) and/or management
– The nature of the challenge/problem you are experiencing
PS: Your challenge/Case Study and the Board suggestions will be posted on line on http://www.roche.mamabolo.wordpress.com for others to learn from. If you prefer your name and business name not to be disclosed, we can use fictitious names or any other name of your choice but the case study remains the same.
The program is for entrepreneurs already operating their businesses not in the idea phase.

Dr Roche Mamabolo

Roche is a managing director of Radipolelo Entrepreneurship Consulting. Roche started his career as an accountant by training, after completing his articles he worked for various consulting companies until he started his own business consultancy in 2006. He is passionate about entrepreneurship development and his experience ranges from entrepreneurship research, training on various entrepreneurship topics, mentorship and coaching, organising and facilitating entrepreneurship seminars. Communications Manager: SAB North Region
Refentse studied Public Relations, and served her internship for a year with the Organ Donor Foundation of South Africa. Upon completing her studies she joined Naspers, one of South Africa’s biggest Media Houses, on a graduate training programme as a Cadet at Woman’s Value Magazine. Post the programme, she was appointed permanently as a Marketing Coordinator for the magazine and later moved to sister publication, Fairlady as Promotions Executive and PR and Promotions Manager respectively.
In 2002 she joined the South African Breweries as Corporate Social Investment (CSI) Coordinator for Egoli Region where she excelled in driving and implementing CSI and Enterprise Development initiatives. That led to her being promoted to Enterprise Development Specialist where she was key in driving SAB’s KickStart programme nationally and was part of the team that initiated and implemented SAB’s first mass scale taverner training initiative – Mahlasedi.
Refentse was appointed to her current role of Corporate Affairs Manager for SAB North Region in September 2007 where she is responsible for the License to Trade mandate for the region. She holds a National Diploma and a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations Management from the Cape Peninsula University of Technology. She also acquired a certificate in New Venture Creation from the Wits Business School and SAB’s Management Development Programme from the University of Cape Town’s Graduate School of Business. She recently completed the SABMiller Corporate Affairs Programme at the University of Cambridge.
